If these are the standard wheel/tyre combo, follow the instructions in the manual/inside the fuel filler flap. If not, get yourself down to a tyre fitters/mot testing station/ filling ststion and have a look at the big tyre data sheet they have stuck to the wall by the tyre pressure pump. Or contact the tyre manufacturer or MB. As a rough guide you probably won't be too far off at about 2bar/30 psi, but I'd find out sharpish if I were you.
