Tyres for AMG 19 S320 CDI

I am planning to replace all four tyres on my S320 CDI, legal but slippy in the wet at present. Id like a tyre that reduces road noise but still grips well in the wet, I drive mostly on the motorway so its cruising that counts. Any recommendations or price range to look at?

Michelin Primacy Pilots. Safe and reliable and will outlast the others. Currently on a 20% off voucher offer at Costco. Even better if you can get MO grade found to be in short supply (on back order) recently.
