Ulimate Motorhome

Hi,
I know there's a few motorhome fans that come to the site, and it's a shame I'd left my camera at home for this one. I was visiting customers in Sonoma, in California's Napa Valley, and came across a monster. This thing was easily the size of a double decker bus, multiple slideouts, cinema on board, bar and huge "Lazee Boy" chairs. It had a 600hp Cummings diesel engine, but the best thing for me was the runabout. Some people tow a Smart car or other small car behind their motorhome, this thing was towing a Hummer H2!!

The owner reckoned the runabout was highly economical. Sadly, he also spent every day checking share prices on the web to see if he could afford to run it! Only in America. No wonder oil's running out!

I know... I know....

...but what sort of income do you need for one of these beauties? 80 grand only gets you towing a Seicento, 250 grand sees space on board to park a Smart car..... so I guess you wont get much change out of 1/2 million punts!

Oh well, Dusseldorf Caravan Salon (largest in Europe) next week.... I can but drewl! Last year, I saw an Arab motorhome, over 1 million worth, bit like a hump back camel, but it was the bizz, go anywhere in the sahara, complete with hareem
