Undertray removal

Does anone have instructions to remove the undertray on a W220 S320 CDi?

I need to replace the engine fan, but there are two mounting bolts at the bottom that I simply cannot reach from the top of the engine bay. I tried undoing the bolts I could find on the undertray, but it still seemed solidly in place.

Any help appreciated.
