Universal Media Interface

Hi

I've just bought a C class estate which I've had the Universal Media Interface fitted to. It works fine except the sat nav which, although equipped with TMC, never actually seems to receive any traffic information. I've read the handbook and and checked that the TMC option is checked in the the settings but still no joy.

Am I missing something or do I need to take it back to the dealer to be sorted?

Hi have a C Class 220cdi and had the UMI fitted. The TMC does work well. have you ticked the box in the nav options to allow tmc's?
