Updating CLS Command GPS software

Having been sent astray around Oxford last week, the Command GPS software clearly needs updating on my CLS63 (C218, 2013).
Any ideas on the most economical way to update. I fear that MB dealer cost will be frightening.

Never been impressed with MB sat navs, expensive, slow to calculate, & re-route. Tends to stick to main roads.
Not pretty mounted on the dash, but a iPhone on Waze is light years ahead of anything MB has.
Very fast calculating particularly re-routing because of traffic, its free & speed camera warnings.
