yes and all fuses

Did the same thing a while back having closed the lid with the plastic trim covering the boot lip removed thus not depressing the switch in the lid fooling the electrical circuit into believing the boot is open therefore making the release switch in the car inoperable.

It is possible to release the boot lid lock with the key but it is not a 'do it once and all is well' it took me over 30 min to get the thing to release. What worked for me was pushing very hard on the key with a pair of long nose pliers to push the barrel as far as possible into into the lock mechanism to release the lid, you do have to persevere though.

Yes the above is true and when done its worth getting the little plastic key blanks that keep the water out

 no joy

Oh dear then try removing the rubber seal around the boot lock and attempt it again - forgot to mention that is what I had to do.

Just read your LAST POST - AVOID DOING THIS AS IT IS A RIGHT BU**ER TO GET IT BACK IN.

Ah I was thinking of the Vin/boot lid water ingress thingy:confused:

But on the charger I have got mine to pieces at the moment so will check the voltage output and get back to you.

Cheers and many thanks:p
