V Class 2.2CDI - Poor heater

The heater blower in the footwells is almost nil!
Freezing in winter, boiling in summer, even with A/C on.
Closing upper vents helps slightly. It is as if the rotary control knob is not operating fully.

Hi,

Have you changed the pollen filter. It sounds like theres no power behind the heater motor?

Thanks for the reply.
The motor blows well everywhere else, it is just in the footwells it is hopeless.
The car has only done 10000mls and this has always been the same. The dealer just tells me it is 'normal'
