Vediamo coding Problem Mercedes W205 ILS Ballast

I change headlight ballast and I can change settings with Vediamo in last one I do this with every option,I must unlock this unit or something like this?
I cant do this with Xentry online because my system is to old 09/2018

Lights are coded and you have to scan the barcode into STAR online to get them to work

Yes I can't online I try do it with xentry with scanne
