The 20ltr plastic drums of Veg Oil are now coming in at 69.4 p ltr - up 10p a litre from last week. Anyone know what's happening, or know of any other sources of SVO?

I hear Bentley are to soon introduce a diesel car.
The recommended fuel is Alberto Fliorinis Extra Virgin Olive Oil available from either Harrods or Fortum & Masons.

Was an E300TD, now a Lexus LS400
Corn oil is about 54p a litre in Tesco.

I've always found the supermarkets to be cheaper than Costco/Makro for veg oil.

Our local Tesco now charging 77p / ltr for the cheapest stuff. ( £11.60 for 15 ltrs.) that price has gone up from £7.80 less than 12 months ago.

No, just goes straight in the tank, the amount depends on how cold it is.
Not using too much for now, the battery doesn't like it.!!!
Any long run heading south its on 100% veg.

Do you not get any issues with limp home mode and stuff? A blocked filter sends mine off into it, with a twin tanks sytsem with heating! i woulda thought they'd be a nightmare with a cold veg blend this time of year. How longhave you been running it on veg for, what are your normal blends?

Never had any issues with using it other than the obvious cold start being a bit slower than normal.
Been using veg on/off for about 18 months now, running at roughly 75% oil untill it gets really cold when i give the battery a chance and run mainly diesel. As i said before, on a motorway run, its 100% veg. Get some funny looks topping the tank up though.
