Venetian blinds

Does anyone know if there is a company that makes Venetian blinds for car rear windows, I know they are old fashioned but there’s something about them that I quite like

I had electric blinds 8n the back on an A8 once (roller not Venetian). They were great at pi55ing off Mr Angry in the car behind!

My Omega had an electric blind too ..... I'd to do the Senator's manually

Google >image < search will find them,, i like them myself after having a set in my 1960s cars i keept them after selling the car to use in the one i bought ,,now gone forever ..They are expensive .

Well if you really want to be posh, tell people tha you have installed ‘jalousies' on all your windows.

When we moved into our house we took most of the venetian blinds down. Wife considers them to be dust gatherers.

I have the electric (roller) blind in my E coupe

We hired a car in Spain a few years ago that had Venetian blinds / slats that had a button that pulled a wire that closed them, but also the view was obscured (it wasn't great even when they were open). I know it's not illegal, but surely that would annoy?

or this - I had something similar on my Jetta back in the 80s. However in Africa they are quite useful for keeping the sun out......

These are like i had ..They are good and look the part .But to drive with window down you will get severe noise from the blind like a musical instrument .On mine i had to trim the ends to fit the contour of the rear window .

That is exactly what I was after, not roller blinds or external louvres or even Vauxhall Senators.
Would you know if these are still available in the UK?

Blobcat Yes thats her,, Royal 4 door saloon .The other was Opel Monza 2 door coupe with 2.8 engine ..Senator had the larger engine .Can you remember the name of the Vauxhall equivalent to the Monza.
