Ventilation Blower

I have a 1997 E320. The A/C, Heater, ventilation blower fan will not go to maximum speed.It will go from off to medium speed. The A/C and heater temp work fine. Where is the blower located?

Yes the 210 is basically the same as that link. The common failure point on the 210 fan is the regulator (cast metal bit in the 4th photo down), though it's not unheard of for the fan or brushes to fail.
