Ventilation Fan - How to stop my heater fan squeking

My ventilation heater fan squeaks when running on
my W124 300TE.  Any suggestions how I can cure this?
I would prefer not to have to remove the fan if possible.

Im not sure of the lay out of the fan on your model, but sometimes you can manage to spay a decent amount of WD40 or similar into the air intake whils the fan is running on high speed, this usually cures the problem.
