Very Naive Suspension Question

I bought my SLK when it was a year old, and had lots of extras, Leather, metallic, heated seats, aircon, 5 spoke SLK 320 wheels etc.

What I'm wondering is how would I know if it has the "sports suspension" which I know was an extra at the time?

Also, I've noticed that because of the bigger wheels, the turning circle isn't brilliant at all, but I've learnt to live with it.
