Viano 2012, W639 rear suspension

Hi there,

Need some help. My rear air suspension bags have emptied and the van is riding at lowest height and bumpy as anything - basically no suspension.

Compressor switches on, but is very noisy and doesn't fill the air bags at all - not even a bit. I tried spraying soapy water but couldn't see any leaks...

Car battery is giving out 17 v when off so I'm guessing it's not lacking power.

Any ideas? Is it time to buy a new compressor or is there anything else I can troubleshoot?

Drop the plate the compressor sits on, look for obvious perished, or disconnected hoses.
Likely as not the feed into the compressor will be shot. This wouldn't create your issue, but replace anyway so dirty air isn't getting in.
