Hello, my 2013 viano obviously has the remote power sliding doors but my passenger side one has stopped working off the key, it works perfectly if you pull the handle or press the button inside, when you press the button on the key you can hear something clicking in the tailgate and the passenger door, it locks perfectly off the key, drivers door works perfectly off its key and also makes the same click noise as passenger side but passenger side doesn't open. If anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated. Cheers

To clarify when you say the drivers door does this mean the drivers side sliding door?

These are designed to only open one sliding door from the fob.
You select which door of choice for each fob by a key in ignition procedure.

Hi, I have both fobs, 1 for drivers side and 1 for passenger side sliding door, the passenger sliding door used to work perfectly but then just stopped working from the key, there is a clicking from the boot and passenger door when pressing pressing button but the door doesn't open. Hope that clears it up a little, cheers

Tbh I would expect the same signal to be sent to the door by using the fob or the dash button.
Maybe you try to swap the preferred door for the other fob to eliminate that??

That's why I'm abit stumped by it because the passenger door does everything other than open off the fob, it locks, opens and shuts from both buttons in the car and also the door handle, how would I swap the fob to work on the other door. Cheers

To programme the relevant key.
Use key to turn to position 2 in ignition (all on engine not started).
Press the desired dash button for the door for 5 seconds.
If successful the dash button will flash 4 times, and a tone is heard 3 times.

Another thought to be tried 1st, and I've used this several times when side doors forget themselves.

In the under bonnet fuse box each door is powered from a 30amp fuse, both next to each other, see attachment.

Be sure both doors are closed,
On the right forward bank these are fuses 27 & 28.
Pull both fuses and re insert.

Worth a try before reprogramming the fob.

Just a quick update and a thankyou, your instructions worked perfectly, I tried the fuses and taking them out 1st but that didn't work, I then programmed the key as you said and the door works perfectly off the key now, really appreciate your help and over the moon the door now works off its key.
