Vibration

Have noticed a general vibration over the whole of the car especially over 50mph,upon inspection of the drive shaft and rubber couplings to the auto box i noticed some movement in a bolt connecting the front coupling.Wondering if this could be the problem??

Sounds like the coupling could be on the way out - it would certainly point to vibration is it is.
