Viseeo mb4+ menu button not working

Hi everyone

I’ve spent the last couple of hours looking around this forum. But I can’t seem to find a thread with a similar problem to mine:

I’ve bought a Viseeo mb4+. Light is green, so far so good. However the buttons are either frozen, broken, or not responding. I’ve tried disconnecting the device, holding down various buttons etc - nothing!

Both the car and my phone is registering the Mb4+ but since the menu button (along with the other two buttons) is not working, I can’t put it in pairing mode.

I’ve attached a photo, showing the display.

Any ideas?

what car is it fitted to? and have you actually read the manual

page 8 dip switch settings is a good starting point
and before that flash with firmware MB-4+ from 4 August 2014 MB-4+ CPU Update Ver.1.019 released

Thanks so much for the reply and attachments I’ve read the manual and set up and downloaded everything. I have both the firmware and CPU update that you mention. I feel like I’ve tried just about every trick on the internet these past couple of days ;D For now, my only logical conclusion is that it must be faulty!?! Oh, and the car is an Ml320 from 07.

Sounds like its faulty in that case.
