I have had a recurring fault with the heater blower on my vito 110 cdi.The switch sometimes works on speed 1 and after its run for a while I can select speed 2 , other times all it will go to is 1 or 4 and nothing in between, and then tonight it has gone off all together. I've just had a new blower fitted by the main dealers in sealand about 3 weeks ago after it did the same thing the last time and refused to work at all. It was fine up till about 3 days ago and then this fault came back.
Has anyone else had problems with vito heaters? Also the aircon has stopped working altogether.The pump doesnt come on and no cold air is coming out of the top vent on the dash.
Generally I am fed up with the heating and ventilation on this vehicle, and certainly would think twice before buying another mercedes of any type.
The aftersales service is expensive and the mercedes car dealers around chester are so arrogant and full of their own self importance that a lot of people that I know go elsewhere.
