Hi all,

my backlight bulbs in the instrument cluster have failed, it makes reading the trip/miles/clock almost impossible.

I've had a quick poke about but there seems no easy way to get to the back of the unit.

Could someone enlighten me as to the correct way to change these bulbs.

Cheers in advance

No worries, sussed it.

For future reference...

Turn the two plastic slotted covers in the front top of the instrument panel so they are horizontal. ( ie from i to - )

Pop them out with a small flat bladed screwdriver.

Undo the two screws behind them.

Slip the top of the instrument panel forward and prise out the whole unit.

This bit can be a bit tricky but persevere, it will come out.

Twist and turn it to get access to the rear where you will see the bulbs. Change whatever bulbs you require and reverse to refit.

Job done.
