vito 111 dualiner belt tensioner removal refitting ,,,,help

Look for help ,my belt tensioner was squealing so removed belt and then managed to remove the belt tensioner ,trouble is there an easier way of refitting as the fan cowl my big hands and the pulleys all seem to be in the way very little room to try and replace the ne tensioner
is there a proper procedure for doing this and if so can somebody please let me know
