Hi there, I 'm trying to keep our Vito camper van going. The latest problem is oil in the coolant. I checked myself and also two local garages also checked whether ti might be the head but they have concluded not and are pointing to the oil cooler. Try as I might I'm unable to locate what I need beyond an official dealer at the cool price of £374 - from Germany. It would be great if anybody had ideas of how to obtain one cheaper. Obviously second hand is an option however I wonder how risky that could be - then there's whatever gaskets that might be required. I've looked for new on ebay and their model checkers sometimes come up as positive but when I check with the seller directly they say it doesn't fit - quite frustrating.

I would only go genuine, but thats me, dont be shy in asking your dealer for a discount.

Have you used a merc indy, as hey often get trade prices and pass them on to the customer
