Hi all,

Found out my vito vans battery was drained as a light was left on, well, i let my clever nephew jump start it from the aux terminals in the engine.

BUT, he mixed up the + and ground, the lights went all funny, etc, and it blew the main fuse.

Now, ive bypassed the fuse for now, its got ignition now, all electrics work, but does not start, any suggestions?

Im guessing prob immobilsers gone funny, its a Vito 115 CDI auto 53'.

Any tips and help greatly appreciated!

thanks

Your Mercedes
S class
have u checked all the fuses , if it is switching on chances are it may start with a push or a run ..cross wiring and jump starting has been known to fry ecu's and modules but if it runs at least the damge should be minimal
