hi, can anyone help me! I have just had delivery of my new vito 120, what a van!!! i have noticed i can't get all my comptuer options on my instrument cluster. Can anyone help?

If this is brand new and you have read and re-read the manual then get back to your dealer and get them to give you a tutorial. Chances are the salemen will be as useful as the proverbial choc teapot so get the workshop specialist on the job.

As an aside, if you can cut out the salesmen and service reception staff and talk directly to the workshop they might be able to plug in their wonderful computer and switch on more options than you are meant to have It's always worth asking as it's only a press of a button to them and I found most of the people I have dealt with enjoy exploring the menus on the top models.

Thank you for you advice Steve, have read the manual over and over. Have spoken to my local dealer this week they are saying its not written in black and white what options you do and don't get! but they have told me to go down and they will have a look and go through it with me!

I was lucky, when I bought my 03 sprinter 316 with loads of options (not quite the same as the latest trip computer vans) I already had a basic 01 311 sprinter that shared the same owners manual so with the manual and the sales brochure I new exactly what I was getting and how it worked before I even ordered it. If you have the sales brochure it should list all the features model by model with reasonable accuracy which will help you decide if you want to push the issue with the dealer.
