I have a Vito 2000 model 113cdi petrol .
The issue is that my speedo for some reason is showing 20km under the actual speed.
When travelling 60kmph the speedo shows 40.
Any one had this issue before .
The old girl has 680,000 on the clock and still going well.
Cheers

Hi and thanks for the quick reply.
I did change from 15" rims to 16" alloys over a year ago which didn't really affect the speedo as such. The problem started a few weeks ago so last week I changed back to the 15" wheels with no joy.
Thinking out side the box would anybody know if there is a speed sensor on the transition.
Thanks again for your time and effort.

Changing wheels by one inch won’t change the speedo by 20 KPH, even with the wrong size tyres.
I would suspect the Speedo in view of your mileage.

Yes your on the money about wheel size and speed.
I did purchase a used dash ,unfortunantly it was faulty and had to get a refund.
So I gave up for a while and started using a speedo ap on my smart phone.
As I have upgraded to a Vito 109 I am trying to sell the old girl but would prefer to fix before she goes.
Thanks again for your support guys.
