Vito 2004 obd port not working

Good evening,

I purchased my vito last week after writing off my last van.
I have had the traction control light and abs lights come on. However I can't plug get any reader to work on it. I've tried 3 different ones.
There seems to be no power there as the readers aren't powering up.
I have checked fuse 5 (5a) under the bonnet near the ECU but this seems fine.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you checked if the port is connected to anything? Some owners move or disconnect the OBD port to prevent theft
