Vito 2016 -1.6 cdi no crank - W447

Hi to everyone
My vito doesn't crank
On my diagnostic tool the values of the engine doesn't crank
Terminal 50 it's Off and doesn't turn On
Send the ignition switch with steering lock for check and they told me that the switch was faulty...
Fitted them back but still not cranking
No fault codes on my diagnostic tool
Starter motor fuse and relay atr fine!
If anyone can help would really appreciate it!

Didn't see the first post until now, I get the "engine will not crank" message or similar occasionally when the battery is low in winter due to short journeys with lights heaters etc, try charging the battery or swapping it out to start with. Low battery will bring a multitude of codes up sometimes
