Vito 638 electric rear windows

Here's my first question! I'm looking for the two 5 Amp fuses which are on the circuit of the left and right hinged rear windows. They are numbered F28 & F29 but are not in the fuse box under the driver's seat (left hand drive) or fuse box in steering column , or under glove box!
Perhaps they are line fuses but where are they?
Can someone please help me?
