Vito cdi111 2015 stiff going into all gears

Hi I have had my Vito for around 3 years but over the past couple of months I have noticed that it has been increasingly more difficult to change gear. This seems to be a general problem when selecting any gear.

Just wondered if anyone had encountered similar issues or had the knowledge to know what the cause is likely to be.

Hopefully this is the issue Lardigan, I haven't had similar issues but theres techs or owners on here I'm sure have came across this who will have a cure for it.
