Vito sport cd player faults

Hi can anybody help have just purchased an o7 plate vito sport having problems with the sound 5 cd player skipping now on the second unit and still have a problem?

seems to be when you crank the volume up or should i not be able to appreciate good music lal

For it to skip either a faulty or dirty disc, if it does it on a clean bought recorded disc the the CD unit is faulty

Cheers for that will try a brand new disc to see if that solves problem, if not then its back to the dealer
