Vito van 110 CDI oil leak from oil filter housing/oil cooler ??

Hi all, Noticed my vito has a oil leak. Been trying to find were it was coming from all afternoon. after taking off passenger side wheel and mud cover could just about see oil coming from the oil filter/cooler housing (Aluminium cover side). Are these common on the vitos for leaking and how difficult is it to replace ?? Looks like it sits under the power steering reservoir/pump. Looks like a right mission to get off !! . Any help and process for removal would be greatly appreciated. Linked a picture of the part were the oil looks to be coming from.

Although we do not work on vans, it’s very common for it to leak on cars, sometimes it just the relief seal which we sourced elsewhere as not sold separately otherwise new cooler. Yes a fair bit needs to be stripped out to replace.

No, the relief seal is under black plastic cap at front of pic.
