Vito want go above 3500 RPM

I have a Mercedes Vito W639 OM 646 982 , had placement EGR valve and turbo with new actuator but van still not going over 3500 rpm, appears to draw back
Anybody got any ideas??

Boost pipe leak?
Does it change up gears, but just stay under 3500rpm?

Other than that a spell on STAR to read codes would be a good step.
Sometimes other faults can place the vehicle into limp mode which will restrict the gearbox (if automatic) to reverse and second gear.

Thank you for your reply . Yes ,it goes into all the gears no problems ,it s manual. Yes it want go over 3500 revs What and where is the boost pipe , I assume it come off the turbo?? It is an electronic actuator so no vacuum pipes
Been on the diagnostics in garage who still have it.

Find check all ur boost/induction pipes. Nothin seen get codes read as reccomended above

I see that you've had the turbocharger replaced.
It may be worth double checking that the seals on the induction pipe from the turbo haven't been pinched on fitment, causing a leak.

Hi got sorted, garage had to get ECU re mapped to acknowledge the new turbo had been fitted, thanks all
