W107 sill trim and alloy wheel

I need to re-fix the chrome sill trim to my SL; most of the clips are broken. Is the main dealer the cheapest place for these or is there another source? Also, are there any hitches to this seemingly strightforward job before I start?
Finally I need an alloy wheel centre for a 1978 SL afte mine broke, does any one have one going spare?

Sill clips

I would imagine the sill clips are peculiar to MB therefore won't be available elsewhere. Shouldn't be too expensive though?
