W114 Ecu

Recently I lost power to the fuel injection system of my 1973 280CE. It transpires that the ECU has water in it. We have dried it out but I probably need it to be checked out before we reinstall it. Does anyone know of a good tester with the right knowledge?

2002 SL500, 216 CL500, all fully loaded
bbareman can possibly check it. I do not know this ECU does it liik as though it comes apart
