Greetings from Australia, fellow Benzheads!
I hope I'm on the right sub-forum for this question. If not, please admonish me (gently!).
Can anyone help me with the following information, please?
1. How many estate car / station wagon conversions did the English coachbuilder Crayford make of the W116 series Benz?
2. What was the model breakdown of those (i.e. 280SE, 280SEL, 350 ...)?
3. How many are known to still exist? (I know of three in Australia.)
I have tried, with no success to date, to get a response from Crayfords, who appear to have radically changed track and are no longer coachbuilders.
Any and all responses appreciated.
Thanks.
Gordon
