W123 230E battery tray needed

Does anyone know a supplier of replacement battery trays for a W123 230E? I've not tried the main dealer yet, but took mine out tonight and it's beyond saving!:-(

Welcome to the forum.

There seems to be 2 battery trays listed a right and a left. Did they have 2 batteries? LHD/RHD slightly confused. The right one is £35 and left £80. Not being familar with the 123 im not sure what yours is without the chassis number.

Dealer prices by the way.

if its anything like mine , then the battery tray is on the right side on my car as its a left hand drive , and on the uk spec rhd its on the left , probably cheaper for the lhd one as its made more. this is because of the master cylinder placement.
