Hello, i am having problem with my 230E from 1983 europe model. I need to know the colours of wires going to the instrument cluster pin conector. My setup is wrong because i burnt out one circuit board, i fixed it and now i want to make sure that its good before i burn it again


Can someone help with this? Thank you for any advice.

Reading the Haynes - There is no difference for a Euro to that pictured above. The internals of the cluster is different tho.
1 - ws / bl
2 - gn
3 - bl / sw
4 - bl / gn
5 - sw / bl
6 - bl / rt
7 - bl
8 - br / rt
9 - br / gr
10 - br / rt ws
11 - gr / gn vi
12 - gr / bl
13 - sw / gn
14 - sw / ws
15 - br
bl = Blue
br = Brown
el = ivory
ge = yellow
gn = green
gr = grey
nf = neutral
rs = pink
rt = red
sw = black
vi = purple
ws = white Just check it by your last rewire .
