W123 leaky Sunroof

The passenger side drain on the sunroof looks to me like the rubber has perished and the water is coming through into the car
Any suggestions?

The sun roof gutter does not rely totally on the seal. There are drain points in each corner which must be kept clear. The seal really stops the wind noise and reduces the amount of water reaching the gutter.
