w123 rear headrest stuck

hey there , i was wondering if anybody knew how to get rear headrests out of a w123 estate, i have tried everything and they just wont come out. The front headrest are easy to remove. The rear only one does. The other 2 grrrrrr...
any ideas thank you in advance

There a buttons in the rear of the seat hidden under the carpet. Keep presssing till you find them

TimN is right: they are hidden under the backrest covering. My owner's manual shows them clearly enough..but it still took me nearly 10 minutes to find them. It is a bit like feeling for a pulse--but the buttons are certainly there.
