Does anyone know just how easy it is to (assuming the whole lot has been dropped from the car) sepearate the trailing arms (Wishbones) from the rear subframe, and the rebush the whole lot?

Any advice welcome please!

Not that familiar with the W123 but I can check it on my other system to see what parts and how its done etc, but I should think you will need some specialist tools to get it all apart.
Its do-able assuming your ok with most things cars, the rear springs can be left where they, remove the wishbone and slowly drop the jack to release the spring, you need access to a press to remove replace the bushes, Ive just removed some bushes 2.5 tonnes of pressure to move them!!!!!!
