W124 300 manual box?

im wondering if the manual box from a 300 24v w124 model will fit the 3.2 24v engine? or even the 3.6 amg?

MB did build a close ratio dogleg box for a 124 E320. Very rare though:cry:

I would imagine the bolt pattern for the bellhousing is the same for all the engines. So, in theory, all the boxes should be interchangeable
