W124 300 TE 24v life expectancy?

I have the chance to purchase a 89/90 YM 300TE. It has had a motor rebuild at 175k, and is now on 220k miles. How long will the auto (4 sp) and axle last?

The car has FSH, mostly MBSH, but I want to be sure I can budget for replacement axle and g/box, if required.

Car is a fully loaded 300TE-24 with Sportline leather interior and suspension package, a/c and just about every option. Very tasty. IThis will be my 3rd W124 TE, but the high miles are making me wary...
