There's a small switch beside the ordinary PRND....shift.
It has two options: S and E.

E is for economy, changes up sooner
S is for Standard, not sport

Thanx guys!!!
So which is for slow city traffic and which is for highway cruising??
Slow city traffic: 30-100km/h
Highway:100+ km/h
And how do I know which is on::: if the switch shows E, then does it mean its on economy??? or is it on standard??

Do I have to stop the car before changing the switch or can i do it in mid-drive, say as i move out of the city and into a highway...??

Put it in E position and just leave it there. If you don't you will be back asking what miles to the litre can i expect .

It won't make a difference where you use it, all it does is change up sooner when in 'E'.
You don't have to stop to change between them and when 'E' is visible you are in economy. The benefits are very slight and the response from the 'box is a bit dulled when in economy. I always drive in 'S' and use the accelerator to control the 'box

If you are missing your manual they come up for sale on E-Bay
