Hi guys. I am from Sydney own a 1988 300D W124. Had many Benzes ,I bought this one recently with fan function not working. Find on google a DIY instructions with photos how to remove the fan motor.It took me 1,5 hors the whole procedure of removing and assembling everything back easy if you a handyman- my bolwer motor bearring was dry .After lubricating it started to work ok but it runs only on position 3 and 4 and the same - high speed only.I believe the regulator resistors could be faulty but I have no idea about the location .anyone can help me ?Like to fix it myself , relaxes me working with my old car .My new ML 320 CDi is too ok ,very boring.
