The mesh in the "draught stop" on my W124 cabriolet (I gather R129's have something similar) has rotted through - probably by being parked too long in the sun.
Has anyone successfully replaced the mesh on one of these or know of anyone who can do the job for me ?
I can get hold of the mesh but can't work out how to replace the damged section.
