i want to put 18inch rims on my car, but don't want to change the suspension is there another way of lowering the car without changing the springs, all i want is a 1.5 inch to 2 inch drop

can anyone help???

You can change the spring pads but the absolute maximum drop you'll get is about 25mm - not enough for 18" rims.

You can chop a bit off your springs but I wouldnt advise it. Your best bet is to get H&R or Eibach lowered springs.
