W124 E220 Cabriolet as a daily car?

Hi I am thinking of getting a low milage E220 Cabrio to use as my daily car.I use a motorbike and my wife has a E200 saloon which I use,so it will do 2-3000 miles a year.Any one got one that gets the same use? Are they fine as an all weather/everyday car? The E200 is a great car,fast enough and well built and I bought it 2 yrs ago from its only owner with 30000 miles on the clock.I currently use a W123 200 auto saloon with 33000 miles on it which drives as new,but fancy a change .Any advice welcome.Rob

I think 2-3000 miles a year is the minimum you should do to keep a car running well. Just make sure it gets hot each time you use it and don't do nothing but short trips. They need exercise!
