W124 E250D Rear Seat Removal

Can someone please explain how I can remove the rear sets to gain access to the central locking control unit. I have purchased a radio remote control from ebay that I need to fit.

Push the small catch one each side remove cushion, two screws can be seen, take them out and lift back rest up and out
