Does anyone know if it is possible to fix the stalk (if it is the stalk) as it works when on position one or two but the intermittent doesn't

Cheers

Some have effectively cleaned them with a switch cleaner, and its worth a try

No it is just the intermittent bit. Everything else works.

Could just be the MF lights/wiper switch then - though the intermittent function is driven by the relay

Swopping the MF switch is an airbag-off job. You can test a replacement switch by dropping the lower trim panel below the steering wheel and plugging in a new switch - it connects to a big rectangular connector anchored to a cross bar. That'll tell you whether the switch is at fault before you take the wheel off.

Similarly you could try another N10 relay to find out if that's where the fault lies. It lives in the relay box behind the fuse box

Thanks
Anyone know how to get hold of an N10 relay and how much they are?

Cheers
