W124 E320 Oil Cooler Part Numbers

Can anyone help by supplying part numbers for oil cooler which attaches to oil filter housing.
My car has chosen to dump oil in the water and replacing head gasket has not cured the problem. I am informed that these oil coolers can prove problematic.

What kind of oil is it in the cooling system?

The power steering shares a radiator with the cooling system. If there's oil in the water it may be power steering fluid, not engine oil. If that's the case, the cure is a new radiator
